Our mission is simple: We restore wood windows to operable and beautiful condition to preserve our local Dallas architecture.

What we learned by restoring old homes

We are a homegrown Dallas business that got our start in investment realty in the Lakewood and Oak Cliff areas. As we began renovating old homes, we knew we wanted to preserve the beauty of the old wood windows, so we set out to learn how to restore them from top to bottom. Once restored, these highly-sought after old-growth wood windows are as effective and last decades longer than the current trend of inexpensive replacement windows. They also keep the aesthetics of the old homes intact, preserving both the historical value and curb appeal of the home.

Your home’s old wood windows are some of the most valuable yet misunderstood elements of a historic house.
